Job Role:
Responsible for Supporting Sales & Distribution in Consumer marketplace (online),as well as managing expense to all programs /Promo. WITH THE OBJECTIVE to achieve Indosat sales target (Reload & SP) through Digital & Online/marketplace WITHIN created attractive, effective and efficient sales program and sales Evaluation & Monitoring in Digital & Online/marketplace Channel
Requirements:
Qualification:
- Strong leadership skills & territorial management
- Analytical thinking together with strong understanding of business and marketing principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and capabilities
- Excellent sales skill and has good Negotiation skill
- Target oriented approach and decision making capabilities
- Excellence in people management and Device Management
- Acceptance and capability of travelling a lot
Experience:
- Experience in sales management, Device Management & Channel management
- Practice in sales experience and field supervisory
- Proven track record and strong practice in the field of execution of Direct/Indirect sales
- Creativity and openness for innovation
Behavioral Competencies (from Indosat framework):
Openness for understanding consumer behavior and capability to detect tangible an latent demand for products and services that influence the acquisition, consumption, and use of goods, services and ideas by consumers (competitiveness)
