Job Role:
1. Support & Developing the activity management in order to achieve the goal of the key performance indicator (KPI) in the Postpaid Collection esp. for OCA ( Outsourcing Collection Agency ) team
2. Support Collection to ensure all needs in terms of quality and ensure OCA (Outsourcing Collection Agency) activities are running well.

Requirements:
Qualification:
1. Able to work both individually and in teamwork
2. Computer literate (specifically Microsoft Office)
3. Ability to manage cross-functional, transversal teams;
4. Good understanding of customer service, customer experience and billing collection

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in customer service  or having experience in billing collection
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Understanding of billing collection
- Understanding key performance indicator of collection
